Cancellation policy
Please understand the time set aside for your appointment has been kept for you, but if you are unable to attend, someone else waiting for an appointment would love the opportunity to take it. We send out a reminder the day prior to your appointment and if you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible.
Appointment times
We appreciate your time and try our best to arrange appointments to remain on time for your arrival. Please understand that unforeseen circumstances may require your patience. If we are aware of a time delay, check the board on the reception desk as we will have changed our sign accordingly.
Consent to Osteopathic Treatment
During your osteopathic consultation you will be asked questions and have a physical examination.

Osteopathic care is recognised as being an effective and safe method of care for many conditions.
I understand the results are not guaranteed. I understand and am informed that as in the practice of medicine, in the practice of Osteopathy, there are risks to osteopathic treatment included but not limited to muscle and joint soreness, sprains, and an exacerbation and/or aggravation of my presenting complaint of an underlying condition.

I have read and understood the above and will ask any questions I have relating to this consent. I intend this consent form to cover the entire course of treatment for my presenting condition, and for any future conditions that I may seek treatment for, with Cate McDonald.
